Our Story

Canadian Tax Law is complicated. It’s not easy to find reliable accounting firms ready to handle personal and small business accounts. With this in mind, Bijan established QuickTax & Accounting in 1994 with the aim to support growing businesses and offer them a warm, friendly and trustworthy environment to manage finances.  In 2013 Pouria joined the company and brought with him his unique set of expertise.

Pouria Mashhouri-Nejad – President

BP Quicktax & Accounting was established in 1994 in North Vancouver and has about 30 years of Canadian experience.
Pouria joined BP QuickTax and Accounting in 2013 as the co-owner and is now President of the company. He is not only professionally sound but super energetic and full of life.
That is why his clients love him and have stayed with him for decades. He has considerable technical experience and is well known for tax advising caring for his customers and ensuring all their tax and bookkeeping needs are handled with care.
Before becoming an accountant, Pouria completed his master’s in water engineering from Iran and worked as a senior engineer for 14 years.
He was a Freestyle Wrestling Champion in Iran and enjoys swimming, travelling and Literature in his spare time.
